Spanish artist and educator based in Bristol (UK). Fine Arts BA (Hons) specialised in Animation at Universitat Politècnica de València, Spain.
SEND Art Teacher at E-Act Venturers’ Academy in Bristol.
I explore portraiture, motion graphics, and self-publishing books as a visual storyteller who works across different disciplines from Drawing, Painting and Photography.
I delve into the intimate and everyday moments of human experiences and emotions. My keen observation of reality enables me to create artistic works that visually narrate stories with profound sensitivity and nuance.
WHY ARTS?
I use artistic disciplines as a transversal vehicle to express emotions, communicate and interact. Besides, it allows me to break down barriers through a universal, non-verbal language that does not recognise obstacles.
In my artistic practice, I have been researching the pictorial process with non-conventional materials for many years, using chlorine bleach on pigments and organic fabrics to achieve different colours and tones.
Heading Life Drawing Lab (LD-Lab) means improving the ability to draw a figure. For beginners or visual artists drawing from life, understanding the figure in view is fundamental to practice, training the eye to see accurately and observe emotion and gesture.
